These terms cover your use of Action Pistol Plan (the "service") at actionpistolplan.com. The service is operated by Super Tech Ninja, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Action Pistol Plan takes the dimensions printed on published USPSA classifier stage sheets and turns them into a drawing of the stage, the sight lines to each target, candidate routes through the stage, and predicted times, points and hit factors from a statistical shooter model. Everything it shows is an estimate produced by software from the published sheet and the current rulebook.
The service is a planning aid. It is not firearms instruction, coaching, or safety training, and it does not replace the written stage briefing, the range officer, the match director, or the rules of the range where you shoot. On the day, the range, the range officer and the written stage briefing always win. Firearms safety is your responsibility at all times.
Stage geometry is read by hand from the official sheets and may contain mistakes. Shooter-model predictions are averages for a class of shooter, not a forecast of your run. We do not promise that any plan is legal at your match, that any predicted time or score will be achieved, or that a classifier is set up at your range the way the sheet describes it. Check the official sheet, linked from every stage, before you rely on anything here. If you find an error, tell us at the contact address below.
You may use the service to prepare for your own shooting. You may share a link to a stage page freely. You may not:
The service currently has no accounts and no paid features. If we introduce sign-up or paid subscriptions, we will publish the subscription terms (price, billing period, cancellation and refunds) before charging anyone, and these terms will be updated to cover them. Payments will be handled by an established payment processor; we will not store your card details.
The service, including its software, shooter model, drawings, generated plans, text and design, belongs to Super Tech Ninja, LLC. "Action Pistol Plan" is our product name.
